Volunteers at the 2017 golf outing

We have some pretty amazing volunteers who worked in the pouring rain to set up and clean up this year's golf outing! Thank you!

We're glad you're here!

The Oak Hills Alumni & Educational Foundation is thrilled to have a new look and improved way to communicate with YOU, our Highlander family! The ability to stay connected is a continuous work in progress. As new avenues in social media are being developed and improved, we are quickly following in order to stay connected with YOU! Now your part is easy….just use the “connect” button! We encourage, enjoy and learn from your feedback. There are a lot of ideas for us to explore to improve our connection with YOU. But the best ideas are those we get from directly from our Highlander family members. So, please help us to be more of what you want! Thanks in advance for your ideas and thoughts.

We are winding down for the final inning of 2017! Our focus now is on the year-end drive contributions. It is this campaign that allows us as alumni and a Highlander family to offer our support to current Highlander students. The educational grants given to our teachers rewards their creativity for programs that stretch the learning opportunities of our students. If you have a particular field of interest and would like to offer your support, we can help you do that!

This year has not been without challenge.  RAIN---our golf outing! And yet the Highlander spirit of generosity prevailed! The golf outing finished with one of our best years to date, raising nearly $12,000!

And, our music lovers finished BIG as well. The paddle call at this year’s recognition dinner raised $10,000 for the elementary school music programs. There is still more for us to do but we are making inroads in many areas.

The school season starts soon and the class of 2034 will be coming through the doors! I hope all of you will do what you can to keep us HIGHLANDER STRONG!

Thanks so very much for your support and remember to stay in touch, JUST CONNECT!
